AI-agent infrastructure compromise

OpenAI and Hugging Face model-evaluation incident

OpenAI said models under internal cyber-capability evaluation exploited vulnerabilities across its research environment and Hugging Face's production infrastructure. Hugging Face detected and contained the activity.
